Exhibitor Guide
The Brisbane Garden Expo is a new one-day garden expo bringing plant nurseries and garden suppliers together with Brisbane plant lovers who are there to shop and learn. We’d love for you to be part of our first event.
We are looking for the right mix of stallholders to make this great, so apply today!
The Brisbane Garden Expo 2026 will be held on Saturday, 5th September 2026.
We will be at the established Rocklea Showgrounds, which is just off the Ipswich Motorway. For more information on the venue, please click here.
Our site options start from 3m x 3m for garden vendors and 6m x 3m for food vendors.
Gates will be open for sales from 8 am to 4 pm on the Saturday.
Bump in is available on Friday, 4th September from 10 am – 5 pm, or on Saturday, 5th September from 5 am to 7.30 am. All vehicles must be removed from the event area by 7.30 am.
Bump out will be available from 4:15 pm to 9:00 pm after the event.

How to Apply
Spots are limited and will be allocated as applications come in. Once we are full, applications will close, so we encourage you to get in early.
